Zero Calorie Dressing
Use it anytime to enjoy a guilt free tossed salad!
Yield:
3/4 cup
Ingredients
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 TBS onion, finely chopped
2 TBS lemon juice or vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Chopped parsley or green pepper, horseradish or mustard may be added if desired
Combine ingredients in a jar with a tightly fitted top
Shake well before using. Use as desired.
