Banana Split

Yield: Serves 4. Each serving: 1 cup



4 bananas
2 cups low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt with calcium
2 tablespoons light chocolate syrup
4 teaspoons chopped pecan halves

Peel the bananas and split them in half lengthwise and place each one in a dessert bowl. Top each one with: 1/2 cup frozen yogurt, light drizzle of light chocolate syrup and a sprinkle of chopped pecans. Serve immediately.

Optional toppings: light whipped cream, fresh berries.
