Oatmeal Blueberry Scones

Enjoy this delicious pastry with all-natural goodness.

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (no need to thaw first)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Mix all the ingredients
  3. Mold into 4 mounds
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes
  5. Let cool before serving
