3 cups shredded cabbage
2 tablespoons sliced bell pepper
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar

Combine peanut butter, vinegar and sugar in a mixing bowl using a whisk; toss with cabbage and green pepper. Serve chilled.

This slaw looks great with grated carrots on top.
