Watermelon and cantaloupe soup makes the perfect healthy summer brunch treat

  • 3 cups cantaloupe, chilled
  • 2 cups seedless watermelon, chilled
  • additional melon for topping
  • cilantro, mint or feta cheese for garnish


  1. Scoop chilled watermelon and cantaloupe into a blender and puree, making sure to remove any seeds beforehand.
  2. Pour into four small serving bowls and top with additional scooped melon, cilantro, mint or feta cheese.
