Marbled Strawberry and Cream Pie

The perfect combination of sweet strawberries and light cream.

Yield: Serves 10


  • 1- 9-inch ready-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1- 10oz. package frozen sliced strawberries in syrup
  • 2 Tbs. strawberry-kiwi beverage concentrate
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1- 3oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


  1. In a large bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand 5 minutes to soften
  2. Add sugar and boiling water
  3. Stir until sugar and gelatin are dissolved
  4. Stir in strawberries and beverage concentrate
  5. Stir until strawberries are separated and partially thawed
  6. Chill until partially set
  7. When gelatin is ready, whip cream until soft peaks form
  8. With same beaters, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth
  9. Fold in whipped cream
  10. Alternately spoon mounds of cream cheese mixture and gelatin mixture into pie crust
  11. Run a knife or spatula through mixture to get marbled effect\
  12. Chill 3 to 4 hours or until set
