1 cup frozen whole strawberries
1 ripe banana
1 cup skim milk
4 packets sugar substitute
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour mixture into a tall glass and serve with a straw.
