Chocolate Cinnamon Quesadillas

The sweetest ending to a Mexican meal.



  • 2 Tbs. semisweet chocolate, grated or chopped
  • 1 Tbs. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 medium flour tortillas, whole wheat
  • 1 tsp. powdered sugar


  1. Sprinkle 1 Tbs. of chocolate, 1/2 Tbs. of sugar and 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon over half of each tortilla
  2. Fold tortillas in half to cover ingredients
  3. Set quesadillas in a dry skillet and cook over medium heat until speckled with brown spots on both sides, about 2 minutes per side
  4. Sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp. of powdered sugar; serve
