Southwest Hamburger

A low-carb flavor kicked hamburger.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean hamburger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 Tbs. each chili powder and vinegar
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • romaine lettuce or fresh spinach leaves
  • reduced-fat sour cream
  • salsa

Instructions


1. Combine all ingredients 2. Grill and serve with lettuce, sour cream and salsa
