Will the Lemonade Diet make me gain back weight once I eat again?

leah asked this question Oct 2nd, 2012 6:38 am

Hello everyone my name is Leah im 5'3 and currently weigh 136 pounds I know that sounds really good but even though my weight isnt real bad i have alot of fat to lose. Today is day 2 on the lemonade diet and I'm craving food like crazy. I have prescribed pills for hunger cravings but I hate taking them because they make me feel jittery and they dont let me sleep. I have heard from so many people if you don't eat for so long you gain 10 times more fat when you start eating again so my question is, will I gain the fat back when I start eating or will the lemonade stop that from happening? Thanks.

I've heard of people gaining some weight back but the diet wont keep of the weigh by itself. You would need to start being more health conscience of the food you eat and exercise at least twice a week.

Yes!!! But that only happens if you go back to eating the same things. Foods that have no nutritional value, processed, full of sugar. These foods keep us hungry and if we are stressed we eat. Fruits, vegetables, beans and the other good stuff that the body is made of and eaten in properly combine when the body is satisfied will cut of your appetite. There is a book Fit for Life and the authors the (Diamonds) their last name talk all about this. I read their first book, they have Fit for Life II and this one I didn't read. Beware, if you go back to eating the same way I don't care what Diet you go on you will gain the weight back. The Fit for Life (first book) said when we eat the right things, we will have energy to exercise and you will just like the way you feel. Not being sluggish and tired all the time with your body trying to digest all that other stuff that has made overweight and just not happy about ourselves. Well I am try the Master cleanse again and I have been eating like Fit for Life suggested but I want to lose these added pounds I got for starting those cravings back again and the unwanted weight. It is an additction and takes some self control. Hope this helps and please forgive any mispelling and bad grammar it is 4am in the morning and I don't feel like checking the spelling, etc.
