Will eating frozen foods regularly sabotage my diet?

I work a lot and between going to the gym and working it is very hard to find the time and/or energy to prepare three fresh meals a day. I often eat at least one frozen entree a day, but I am seeing that processed foods like these are really bad for me. Will eating these foods regularly hinder weight loss?

In general, fresh fruits, vegetables and fruits are going to offer you the highest quality nutrition. However, you can incorporate frozen meals into your diet and still lose weight. Many people find that frozen entrees help them with portion control. Just be sure to read the nutrition label, and pick the meal that has the highest protein, but the lowest added sugar and sodium.
