Why does is say "Not for Weight Loss" on the front of the Hillian Michaels whey protein?

WHY DOES IT SAY NOT FOR WEIGHT LOSS ON THE FRONT OF THE JILLIAN MICHEALS WHEY PROTIEN BOUGHT THE JILLIAN MICHAELS WHEY PROTIEN IN CREAMY VANILLIA BUT ON THE FRONT OF THE CONTAINER IT SAYS DO NOT USE FOR WEIGHT LOSS WHY IS THIS?? EVERY ONE SEEMS TO LIKE IT FOR WEIGHT LOSS, AND OTHER BRANDS AS WELL. IF ANY ONE CAN TELL ME WHY THIS WOULD BE GREAT I NEED TO LOSS WEIGHT BADLY JUST BEEN GAINING LIKE CRAZY SO READY TO MAKE IT WORK BUT I AM SCARD TO DRINK IT IF IT WILL CAUSE ME TO GAIN WEIGHT.
