Which meats can I eat on the 17 Day Diet Meal Plan?

I DO NOT EAT PORK OR SHELL FISH, IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WOULD SUBSTITUTE OR ANOTHER MEAT IF I DECIDE TO DO THE ORDERED MEAL PLAN.

As the 17 Day Diet has a very regimented meal plan, you'll want to consult the 17 Day Diet meal plan customer service before ordering. You should be able to swap for meats that have similar protein, calories and fat. Likely, the pork and shellfish are included in the menu as a way of keeping the menu from becoming monotonous. Turkey and chicken are lean protein sources you could try.

Don't forget about salmon, tilapia, basa, cod, haddock, sea bass and tofu to add to the mix.
