Where is the Tone It Up Fat Burning System PDF?

Can anyone email me a PDF copy of this? I am looking for either the Vegitarian or the Pescatarian diet plan. I know your supposed to buy it but lets face it all of us cant afford the cost of a healthy lifestyle, just trying to cut as many corners as possible!

Did you ever find an answer to this? I am interested in some recipes, ideas, etc. and I just cannot afford the money for the plan right now. I have searched online, but coming up empty handed =/

The only way to get the PDF is by paying for it :( but if you go to their website, they have some recipes in the community section.
