Diets in Review Question

What to eat?

Hello! I'm really struggling here. I'm about 8 weeks along and having persistent nausea. I have been drinking 4oz of kombucha diluted w/water in the morning for the B vitamins, but I'm totally turned off to my kefir and the mere idea of the taste and texture of other fermented foods. I'm having such a hard time finding something I can stomach!! Can you give some suggestions? Mostly I've been craving salty and I know that can be my body's way of telling me I need certain minerals...
