Hi, I want to start the diet on monday, but I keep seeing talk about a salt-water flush? What exactly is that and when do I have to do it?
Thank you in advance :)

You're referring to what is also known as the sea salt flush. Sea Salt Flush: Dissolve two level teaspoons of sea salt (not regular salt) into a quart (950 ml) of warm water and drink. This will flush out your entire system in about an hour. Repeat every other day for a week, no more than three times.

I sugest you read up on the salt water flush, because I take blood pressure pills i used Himalaya red sea salt it does not rise pressure. Its like a colonic by way of mouth, like a enema. It will fill you up and immediately come out about 30min to hour.
