what exercises can I do with an injured ACL?

After 8 weeks of going to a total body boot camp I lost 1.25 pounds and damaged my ACL. I was really watching and journaling what I ate every day. I finally asked my Dr. for Phentermine & after all the necessary tests to be sure I was fit to take it, today is my day four of taking it. I'm feeling discouraged that I'm not losing very much weight & I'm working so hard at it. It's just so hard to stay motivated & keep pushing when I'm not seeing that I'm getting anywhere. What else can I do to see some results?
