The book is fantastic if you can find some of the ingredients, like acidolphis milk. What is it and where do you buy it? Been to all different health food stores, vitamin shops, Etc. no one has every heard of it. What gives?

Answers to this Question

Acidophilus milk is milk that has had acidophilus added to it as a supplemental ingredient. Acidophilus is a probiotic and garners the same digestive benefits of eating yogurt or other probiotic products. While the 17 Day Diet is a very specific eating plan, you could likely garner the same benefits from drinking skim/no-fat milk and taking an acidophilus supplement. This is a very common product at health food stores. Availability may vary depending on where you live, but some brands to look for include Knudsen, Lucerne, Nuture, and Purity Sweet.

Acidophilus milk can be found in your local grocery store. I shop Food City and Kroger....both have it.
