What am I doing wrong?

Help, I have been dieting since the first of January , I have been doing the wii game and a treadmill an hour a day 5to 6 day a week and have only lost 4 pound and now am gaining it back what should I be doing, I also watch what i been eating and try to stay at 1600 calories I don't what to do any more can you help me. Thanks

Have you tried incorporating weight training in your workout routine? Muscle burn more calories than areobics and what work for some may not work for others. Some ppl can do cardio and lose weight, while others will need to weight train more and not necessarily with heavy weights but even lighter ones help. Also, are you staying away from a lot bread (pasta, spagetti, etc.), but adding more fruit, veggies, and of course, more water in your diet?
