Skinny Fiber question

I have been on skinny fiber for the last month. I actually feel bettter health wise, my energy levels have increased. I am concerned with "looking pregnant" I have lost three pounds according to the scale but my stomach looks really bloated. I am trying to decide if I should continue ordering this product or wait until the second month to see the results.

I also take Skinny Fiber and it did bloat me for the first couple of weeks. What you have to remember is to drink plenty of fluids.:) Continue taking them. the bloating does go down.:)

How much water are you drinking? if you dont drink enough water (not coffee, tea, or pop) you will get bloated; even if you arent using any product... I have always been told that you need to drink half your body weight in ounces of water.. like if you weigh 120 pounds you have to drink 60 oz of water every day... but adding to that, if you drink any caffeinated drink, you need to drink double the size of that in water.. i.e.; you drink a 16oz Red Bull or Latte then you need to add to your original 60 oz of waster another 32 oz to counteract the caffeine...
