My 17 year old and I got the PINK method and have both lost 10 pounds in four weeks...she just started the exercises and they are tough but worth it...she is 4ft.11in. and weighs 232...she is thrilled with the weight loss so far...very motivating...it fluctuates but she is seeing results and that makes her happy. I am thrilled with it.

Use pink method. It works. I have done Tracey Anderson, it's good but the exercises are really hard work and I started dreading it after a few weeks. Pink has a diet plan and a grocery list and a forum to talk add your journal entries if you want. I am loving it and the control I have back over my body!

I would do the pink method. My daughter who is 10 wants to do it with me and I told her she can after the rest part because you can't have starchy or complexed carbs. No pasta, potatoes or anything like that. She understood. I think for most that part of the method is going to be hard. I look forward to trying it. I start on first day tomorrow.

I would highly advice the PINK method. The exercise DVD's are short and work all the muscles in the body. Short and sweet
