Diets in Review Question

Just bought it...will it work for me?

Hey guys I have a question specifically to those who have posted the exact amount they have lost after 4 days or after 10 days. I don't mean to sound rude but how heavy are you guys? Because it seems azing the large amount dropped so fast (just days) so I am wondering if i will get around the same results because I am 21 and 5'7 weighing 131. Would like to weigh 120. However, the more you have to lose the faster you lose it so I am wondering if there is anyone about my size that still got the large drop in weight in just a few days? Thanks

i weighed 137.5 when I started 10 days ago. Now I'm 131. I was worried also but I can already see the difference in my stomach area.

I am on day 14. I weighed 144 at the beginning, and I am 5"2'. I lost 4 pounds the first four days, then 2 more lbs between day 12-14. I would like to lose another 9 lbs. I thought I would do it in the first phase, but I will now have to go to the next 2 phases. I think that you lose less quickly if you have less to lose. I also read (from Dr. Moreno) that you should lose 5-10% of your weight during the first phase, and that the 10-15 lbs that is adverstised is based on a 200 lb. person.

Well today is my 4th day and I weighed myself this morning and I had lost 7 lbs. I am 5'5 and weighed 145 before staring the diet.

I am 46 I weighed 143 lbs. After 6 days on the diet I lost 8 lbs. I am enjoying the healthy eating and being rid of carbohydrates. I agree the first few days were the hardest. Takes a bit of willpower.

I'm small too. Started at 135 and have lost 5 pounds in 4 days. suspect it slows down after the first week, but I'm pleased to be back on some sort of path to weight loss again
