Is there anywhere I can get the first weeks of the 17 Day Diet plan for free?

Just waiting for my book to arrive SO IM VERY EXCITED to start this. Im 21 years old and waight almost 160 and am 5'5. I just ordered the book and was just wondering is there anywhere i can get the first few days meal plan ? Any web sites that show the first 2 or 3 day plans for free?
