I'm celiac and want to loose weight

I am finding more difficult to get food i enjoy, i eat cause its time to eat not because i'm hungery,also finding very hard to loose weight and its getting me down

The gluten-free diet can be quite restrictive. You shouldn’t have to do it alone! Get involved with the celiac support groups online and in your community to learn about more food options. To lose weight, you can count calories using the information on the Nutrition Facts food labels and one of the online food databases. Or, better yet, follow an Intuitive Eating approach, which guides you by feelings of hunger and satiety, rather than by focusing on particular foods.
