Diets in Review Question

I started a new diet I been drinking 60 to 80oz of water is this too much

I'am also thating fat burners and cut sugar out all together I'am walking about 2 miles and day plus doing shake weights and using my AB lounge every day

Sounds like you're off to a good start! Minimum we should drink daily is 64 ounces. On the days that you are walking or doing more vigorous exercise, recommendations typically state to drink as many ounces as half your body weight. (i.e. 150 pound person should drink 75 ounces.)
