Diets in Review Question

I don't like yogurt but want to try the Greek yogurt. Will I like it compared to the regular yogurt?

Greek yogurt is much thicker and creamier than regular yougurt. However, it can have more fat in it as well. If you're going to try greek yogurt, I reccomend getting light & fit greek yogurt, still very tasty, but less calories.

Greek yogurt is far healthier than regular yogurt. It has significantly more protein and more quantity and types of probiotics. As well, it is low- to no-fat. For instance, Chobani and Fage both offer 0% fat Greek yogurt. Depending on the variety, it can be lower in sugar and calories. Like anything else, read the labels, there should be as few ingredients as possible.
