How to stay motivated?

I am debating on buying the video today... I am 5' 4" and weight 148. I have a goal weight of 128 by the end of June 2011. I need help keeping myself motivated.. any suggestions?

It is a 27 minute video including warm up and cool down.. I am on day 5, and I can tell you that the motivation for me is that I did it, I finished it, and it goes by so quick that I couldn't make it to my gym and back in that time. This combined with some brisk walking feels great (after, not during : )

I am also 5'4 and about 144. I have the video and would also like to loose about 20 pounds by mid summer. Good luck to you. In the past my motivation has been picturing myself in a bathing suit.
