Diets in Review Question

How many grams of fiber are in Skinny Fiber? Is it soluble or insoluble fiber?

Lori asked this question Jun 29th, 2013 9:25 pm

How much fiber does the skinny pill actually have in it? Nobody can tell me and it isn't on the bottle. I lost 60 lbs using Alli, which is an FDA approved, blocks absorption of a percentage of fat. I increased my dietary fiber and reduced my fat intake. So, if I knew what amount of fiber, SKINNY FIBER contains, I might be inclined to try it, as it is hard sometimes to get the amount I need naturally through eating whole grains, cereal and fruits and vegetables. Also, does it have insoluble or soluble fiber?

I am about to start Skinny Fiber. I tried Alli, and didn't work for me.

Skinny Fiber doesn't have to FDZ approved as it is a natural supplement. ALI had to be FDA approved as it is not all natural!

All natural doesn't impress me, feces is all natural and I wouldn't eat it! The side effects for Alli was only a loose stool, no big deal. Well worth the weight loss. Ithe more fat you eat, the worse the "loose" stool, so they may have been eatinga lot more fat than I was eating. I limited myself to about 3-4 grams per meal.

Hi there is 360 mg of fiber per capsule. It is soluble. Did you have any of the nasty side effects when you were using Alli? I have had friends that tried it and said it caused issues that were just gross. I am excited about your success with it :D
