Diets in Review Question

How many calories should I be eating?

I'm trying to maximize my weight loss by exercising twice a day, 1 hour in the morning and an hour and a half in the evening. I weight 269lbs and am a 5'6" female. I keep getting conflicting reviews from people and different calorie-counting calculators. And I know that eating too few calories can sabotage my weight loss. Can you please help or point me in the right direction? Thanks so much for all the help!
