how long should i do cardio everyday lose 20 lbs?

im 5'10 5'11ish i weight 170 lbs how long should i do cardio everyday? currently im doing either the stairs, bike or elipsicals. and after that i workout my upper body by lifting weights.

I recommend doing at least 30 minutes a day and some days increase to 45 minutes. It’s best to switch it up and do different cardio methods to keep the boredom at bay plus it helps to keep the body stimulated by using different muscle groups!

You should do cardio for at least 30 minutes everyday and add weight lifting, it doesn't have to be very heavy weights, two days a week. Muscle burns more fat, but you have to do cardio as well. In conjunction, these two methods will burn the fat, and make sure you burn more calories than what you eat. Intervals also burn more calories than just regular cardio. Try some walking cardio...
