How do I stay focused on the Cambridge Diet?

Need help - how do I keep focused? I have started CD a week ago and finding it really hard to stick to ss especially in the evenings.

Im on day 3 sole source and i am finding it really difficult. Just hoping i can make it through today. I can even think about doin this for a week i am just aiming to make each day !!!!.. Got 2 stone to lose so hoping this works.. So tempted to go cook an egg though!!!!!

This is my second attempt at the diet and the first attempt was very good although I did not come off it properly and have put a small amount of the weight back on so am carrying on where I left off.... I found that by visiting sites like these really help you to keep focused and keep at it! I only went on the scales once a week and yes, some weeks were better than others but the fact was that the weight was still coming off so it was doing its job. The first week is always the hardest as the body is getting used to you cutting out all of those lovely carbs and sugar but the hunder does go away.... I have to admit that the cravings never did but to be honest, if you did have something, you would always feel guilty afterwards. During the 3 months that I was on SS, whenever I was desperate for food, I had a small plateful of grilled chicken with green salad and balsamic vinegar and that did not affect my weight loss at all :-) Anyway, I hope this information helps... it does work otherwise I would not be putting myself through this again haha
