how do i gain weight wivout eating all the wrong things

i need to gain 1 stone in weight but wd like to achieve this without eating the wrong food

Great question! Our article How to Gain Weight the Healthy Way explains this. Registered dietitian Rebecca Scritchfield explains "To gain weight at a healthy rate, a surplus of 250-750 calories depending on each individual, should be added each day." In the article she points out several great food swaps that will help you consume with the extra nutritionally-balanced calories from 2% milk, almonds, and slightly larger portion sizes (vs. nutritionally-void calories from chips, cookies, etc.).
