Diets in Review Question

How can I maximize my weight loss? One pound is not motivating.

I lost about 6 pOunds at my first week and today I went for check up at my second week I lost only 1 pound . I was sad coz I didnt cheat but I told them that I skipped 2 dinners during my second week including 2 ideal meal .. I will start my 3rd week tomorrow what can I do to maximize my lost I want to cry .. ;( I liked the snack that's why it's easier than other diets

you probably didn't lose because you aren't eating all of the food you should be eating. Drink water and eat your veggies. follow the plan and you will lose...

I agree with m.r.s. , dont skip meals!! Weight loss is typically more during the first week due to loss of extra water weight.

I lost 115 lbs in 5 months...during my dieting, I found that the more water I drank, the more weight I lose. Since fat is released into the kidneys for expulsion, it makes a lot of sense that you would want to drink plenty of water to get rid of all that fat

You must eat all meals...otherwise your body goes into starvation mode and starts STORING fat!!
