Hello All,
I have a little confusion with weight loss and water.
Does drinking water heavily like 5-6 ltr per day increases weight or help to reduce the weight?
I started with 4-5 ltr per day and gained weight by 2.5 kg in a month.

Depending on your height, weight, food intake and exercise determines on how much water your body needs. However, please remember that too much water can be harmful to your kidneys. The average recommendation is 8 glasses of water a day.
