Diets in Review Question

Does anyone know what i can have on the pink program besides the morning shake.

I started the pink program yesterday and have lost 3 pounds already on the reset, my question is does anyone know what else I could have other than the shakes in the morning ? I've tried drinking the stawberry one two mornings in a row but in reminds me too much like milk , it makes me gag because I don't like milk . Other than the shake the plan is great !!!

I am also not a milk drinker and mix the protein powder with water. I use blueberries instead of strawberries...doesn't seem to be as thick... I am in phase 2 and down 14lbs and 10 inches...keep going :)

I use blueberries also and dding a banana also makes it really yummy! I have also used the vanilla flavored unsweetened almond milk and I think it has a nice taste. I am also not a milk drinker and would never drink it alone but its not bad in the shakes and n the cereal once you are on prmary.

Try drink #2 it's made with coconut water instead of coconut milk or almond milk, I also started using Hemp Protein instead of the whey, & my shakes aren't as thick.
