Do you workout during Pink Method Reset?

do you work out on the RESET program? or after? very excited to get started, waiting for it to arrive!

No, you are not spose to work out during the reset program, and you will read about that when it arrives. She said you can do some light workouts but she dont want you do to anything that will take alot of energy. After you are done the reset, and start the next phase, thats when you will start the DVD's. Hope this was helpful :)

I started the PINK Method diet on December 5, 2011, after seeing it premier on Dr. Phil. So far, I've lost 10 pounds and it's not just water weight either. I'm talking inches gone!

On the Reset, you do not exercise. If you do decide to exercise, do one of the 15 minute Bonus excercises.

You have a shake for breakfast, which will keep you satisfied until lunch. I ate nothing but lean meats (all kinds), cooked and raw veggies. It worked! The first day, I lost 1.5 pounds. I thought it was a fluke and the next day, I lost 2 pounds. My mother was so excited, she started the program and lost 7 pounds in two weeks!

I am currently on week 3, on the Phase 1 program. The exercises are challenging but do-able. I couldn't do one of the Yoga Core moves, now I'm more flexible and actually making it through the workout! I love this program and recommend it to all of my friends and family. You get out of this program what you put into it. Start out with light weights and give it your all and you will see fast results. My 8 year old daughter loves to do the Yoga Core excercises with me and she told me that my stomach is looking flatter! I measured and sure enough, I've lost 3 inches from my waist and I started working out 2 weeks ago! Awesome! If you're thinking about trying this program, get it!! This ain't no infomercial and I'm not getting paid to say this. It works!

No, you work out after RESET because it's very low in portions and calories.

No, you don't workout until after RESET because it is a very low calorie intake diet for the first 10-14 days
