Best time of day for PINK Method workout?

Have been on pink reset for 11 days & lost 10 lbs & quickly gained 3 (discouraging...but still staying true). Getting ready to start primary. My question is: I'm suppose to have B, L, D and a smoothie drink after exercising on primary plan? Book states exercising last thing to do for day. This doesn't sound right. Have I misunderstood? I figure this is for you working women and exercising after work. What about stay @ home women?

I'm just starting week 2 of the primary, and I find it works best if I exercise around 4pm (when I get home from work). That way I can have the pink drink right after my workout (which is really quite filling), and be ready to eat dinner around 7 or 7:30. I'm sure everything in the book is the "ideal" way to do it, but your ideal will be a system that allows you to stick with it faithfully. I've lost 7 pounds in 15 days - which for me is fantastic (most I ever lost on WW was 1.5/week). Most importantly, I feel the best I've felt in ages! Good luck!

I'm a stay at home mom and have been doing my workouts in the afternoon aourn 2 pm while my 4 yr old is at preschool and my 2 year old naps. It seems to work.

If you watch Cynthia's webchats on the site she says you can work out any time of the day. It's just organized in the book for simplicity. Just because she states the workout after the meals in your journal does not mean you exercise at night. Whenever you can. She also says that if you exercise in the morning before breakfast that you can substitute your breakfast with a shake (or any meal for that matter)
