The best option is going to be skim milk. 1 Tbsp has 6 calories, no fat and .8g of sugar (which is natural lactose, nothing added).

Re: your second question about curry and jerk chicken, if you're making it yourself, simply adding spices and seasoning to meats, that should be OK. Those are no-calorie flavor agents that help you eating delicious healthy foods.

The 17 Day Diet has a very specific meal plan and we recommend sticking as closely to that as possible.

I use heavy whipping cream. Its sugar free and carb free and adds great flavor.
