Are the health benefits of oatmeal the same raw and cooked?

I make a smoothie with a half cup of raw oatmeal, yogurt and fresh fruit. Are the health benefits the same as with cooked oatmeal?

Yes, you are still getting all the whole grain benefits of oatmeal in your morning routine. Raw or cooked, oatmeal is a great way to get some of the fiber, protein, and B vitamins your body needs on a regular basis.
