Any issues with Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method?

I've been on the ideal protein diet for about four weeks and up till now haven't cheated. I've lost 11 lbs, but over 4 have been lean muscle, so now I'm concerned. Also, I become constipated in the last week and a half. Anyone else having these issues? I eat a salad every day and only have about 10 more lbs to go. I also have low energy

The scale they have that shows the muscle and fat loss is not always accurate. One week it said I lost 2 lbs of muscle and the next week I gained 2 lbs muscle. It would be impossible to gain muscle on that diet without working out.
