Diets in Review Question

17 day diet

cabbie asked this question Jun 2nd, 2011 11:34 pm

II just got this book "the 17 day diet" and am about to start the diet. The question I have is what if I can't drink green tea? I used to drink it and began having serious palpitations, (over10,000 PVCs in a 24 hour period) I had a halter monitor and then I had to have a cardiac stress test. Once I quit the green tea, the palpitations stopped. Not sure if there was a connection, but I am afraid to drink it again.

Hi Cabbie, I bought his cd too as well as the book. He had a guy on there talking about not being able to drink the green tea also. They said cranberry juice does the same thing as the tea. Dilute it 4-1 or 5-1. Hope it helps, Newbie

I doubt very much if it was the green tea causing the palps..I don't believe it is that strong..The big question is .'what were you eating at the time and how much did/do you weigh?? as to the palp. problem..This is the best diet I have ever seen with good easy meals.. nothing to complicated to cook but you are full all the same..
Try the diet and the green tea Cabbie and find out if palps return..
