hCG Diet Reviewed by FullBar’s Dr. Michael Snyder

Dr. Michael Snyder

With loyal and passionate followers and and concerned naysayers, the hCG diet is one of the most controversial diets on the market today. In order to offer the DietsInReview.com readers with a medical and scientific perspective, we interviewed Dr. Michael Snyder, a weight loss surgeon and the founder of FullBar, to share his medical opinion about the hCG diet.

What is hCG?

hCG is a naturally-occurring hormone. But just because it’s natural, doesn’t mean that it’s safe.

Increased amounts of hCG are part of a common physiological process, such as in the instance of pregnancy, but they are also markers of severe pathological problems as well, such as malignancies.

Does hCG work?

I have seen no indication that ingesting hCG increases your blood level of it. Your body, just like it would digest a piece of chicken, is going to digest hCG and break it down. (more…)

FullBar Changes Name to BeFull Solutions

See our interview with Dr. Michael Snyder, founder of BeFull Solution: hCG Diet Reviewed by FullBar’s Dr. Michael Snyder.

Be full. Eat less. That is the working mantra of BeFull Solution, formerly known as the FullBar.

This spring, the company, which was created by Dr. Michael Snyder, a bariatric surgeon, changed its name from FullBar to BeFull Solution in order to reflect the newly expanded and comprehensive line of weight loss and weight maintenance snacks, bars and drinks.

According to Eric Greene, the Chief Marketing Officer for BeFull Solution, the impetus for the name change came when the team of health and medical experts behind the product line realized that people needed more support in helping them achieve and sustain their weight loss goals. For months, BeFull experts interviewed thousands of individuals who were trekking along various points of their weight loss journey to determine just what promoted or hindered their progress.

New Products by BeFullSolutions and FullBar

The folks over at beFullSolutions (previously known as FullBar) have been hard at work developing a complete line of weight loss and weight maintenance products.

First, there were the FullBars. Designed by beFullSolutions founder Dr. Michael Snyder, these bars are meant to be eaten before a meal to keep you feeling full so that you’ll eat less. The secret in the FullBar bar is not some wacky laboratory-produced additive, but rather a combination of puffed rice and fiber-rich ingredients, which are meant to mimic the benefits of weight loss surgery without the need for needles or post-op care.

FullBars come in the following flavors: Cranberry Almond, Caramel Apple Crisp Cocoa Chip, Peanut Butter and Crunch Berry Bliss.

But recently, they have added to their selection of products. Meant to have the same effects as the original FullBar, namely to help you fill up the top portions of the stomach so that at mealtimes less food is required to feel full, thus promoting portion control and weight management.

Here is a sneak peek look at the new products by beFullSolutions.

The Skinny on The FullBar

fullbarYou’re just about one week into your New Year’s resolutions, and perhaps you’re already getting tired of the snacking on plain almonds and low-fat string cheese.

The problem with many diets is that they leave you feeling hungry, wanting more quantity, flavor, texture and that sense of satiation you experience after polishing off a stack of pancakes.

Well, maybe you can have those pancakes dripped in syrup and still lose weight. Sound too good to be true? We here at DietsInReview.com have been doing a bit of research on the FullBar, a recent diet product creation whose white package and green writing you’ve likely seen on grocery store shelves or at your local Walgreens.
