ASox9 Review – Everything You Need to Know!

The ingredients in this are actually good, but somehow there’s a split in user experiences. There are also some questionable claims which have yet to be proven, and some said the company scammed them. Read the available research on this supplement to determine what it can offer.

What is It?

ASox9 is a male enhancement supplement that is natural and supposedly a higher quality than other brands. The creators says that after much research, he wanted to develop a supplement which was actually effective and unlike the competition.

What is good about this supplement is that it actually uses useful ingredients. But they haven’t received all positive reviews, and far too many people said it was ineffective.

What Does It Claim?

It’s suggested that this will affect:

  • Sperm quality
  • Sexual performance
  • Enhanced blood flow and in particular within the penis
  • Testosterone production
  • Overall aphrodisiac support

They offer a brief description of each active ingredient to help potential users understand why it was included, and what kind of an impact it may have.

What we took issue with was their claim that thousands of users have given it a positive review. When a supplement claims to be this popular it would have made sense if there were a lot more reviews. It doesn’t make any sense that only 25 reviews are on Amazon, and nowhere else.

We’ll explain in the next section why the ingredients are actually good, but it’s hard to verify many of their claims about popularity equaling usefulness when there’s no evidence many have used it.

What’s Inside Asox9?

  • Zinc
  • Tongkat Ali
  • Maca
  • L-Arginine
  • Ginseng Blend
  • Sarsaparilla
  • Pumpkin Seed
  • Muira Puama
  • Oat Straw
  • CAYENNE Pepper
  • Astragalus
  • Catuaba
  • Licorice
  • Tribulus Terrestris
  • Orchic Substance
  • Oyster Extract
  • Boron

There is a lot to like about this blend. Oyster is a great way to get zinc which can affect both testosterone and sperm production. Catuaba, Tribulis Terrestris and Muira Puama are also great aphrodisiacs backed by clinical studies.

Pumpkin Seed is another rich ingredient which is rich in many nutrients, especially fatty acids and zinc for more testosterone.

There’s also the mineral Boron which can help regulate many important functions in the body, as well as improve testosterone production.

The only questionable ingredient is the extra added zinc which is added in a total of 333% of the daily value. Either this is poorly absorbed, making it necessary to add nearly 3 ½ days of zinc, or they overloaded it unnecessarily. It’s also strange to see a version of zinc added when there’s already pumpkin seed and oyster, both of which are great sources of this mineral.

What Does Science Say?

The creator of this product claims to have a background in chemistry from Harvard University. His story is that in trying to find a male enhancing supplement he noticed just how ineffective and improperly dosed most brands were.

With his background he began to study and ended up developing this brand. It’s impossible to say if any of this is true, and we can’t find any information to show what kind of a background he really has in chemistry.

Even if all this is true, having a background in chemistry does not necessarily mean he would develop a great product. Supplement ingredients are tied to chemistry, but a unique type of expertise is needed in developing a functioning supplement.

Public Opinion About ASox9

“no longer pills put powder”

“it’s been about a week and nothing so far”

“After 2 months it finally began working”

What was most odd is that 3 of the 20 positive reviews were from verified purchases on Amazon. This does not mean they are lying and paying for positive reviews, but it’s very strange that most who claimed to have positive results didn’t buy it there, though they are reviewing it on Amazon.

The negative reviews are all verified, making it certain that it was ordered direct from the website.

There were also the 2 negative experiences about the company itself which is worth mentioning. According to them, the company is operating a scam. They ended up having to pay extra amounts that they never agreed to, falling victim to a common auto-renewal contract. Yet another unique problem is that a customer said that they have false addresses listed online.

This person said that neither the mailing address nor the address for manufacturing is accurate.

So Yes or No?

Even though the formula is decent, for whatever reason some users failed to see results. The mark of a great supplement is when there are a lot of positive reviews to back it up. This supplement was not often used, and of the few reviews, far too many were negative.

There also were 2 extremely negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau which both claimed they were scammed out of money. There was a major issue with the claim that the company was auto-billing its users, forcing them to pay money for a product they did not order. Because there’s not much known about this company it could be that they are still not popular enough to be noticed as a potential scam by most customers.

What was especially troubling is the lack of credentials offered by the creator. He claims he has a background in chemistry but in trying to research him, little came up other than blog sites promoting this brand.

Viagra is a prescription drug used for maintaining an erection. Since it’s a prescription drug, it’s studied and shown to possible have an effect. There are potential problems since it can cause side effects, and it has zero impact on male virility. This won’t work with the body to target virility at the source, and it has no impact on testosterone. Because of its limited use, it won’t help users maintain their testosterone, energy, or sexual vigor.

So What Product is the Best?

For supportive male enhancement we consider Male Pills Nutra to be the current best supplement available. The formula is more than enough to improve men’s sexual health, making erections longer lasting and stronger. Additional benefits are possible via its improvement of testosterone which affects how men greatly. Men who’ve taken it often add how it increased their ability to last in the bedroom, and in pushing themselves in the gym.

It’s not just all-natural and stimulant free, but it’s also all in amounts which are the most supportive. When taken as a daily supplement it can give men support to feel and act more masculine. This has an impact on blood flow which affects exercise endurance and sex, as well as overall testosterone which directly improves wellness.

Kim Kardashian Using Atkins 40 to Drop Baby Weight Again

Kim KardashianKim Kardashian recently gave birth to a baby boy and has resumed her role as Atkins ambassador to lose the 40 pounds she gained during her pregnancy. Kim followed the controversial diet after her first pregnancy, and said she had such great results, she’s doing it again.

We spoke with Colette Heimowitz, vice president of nutrition and education at Atkins Nutritionals, Inc. who is working with Kim directly to shed the baby weight this time around.

Heimowitz told Kim will be following the Atkins 40 program, an extension of Atkins 20, which is the same high-protein, low-carbohydrate diet, but gives people more flexibility in the foods they eat and a few more grams of carbs to work with while still promoting weight loss.

Soleil Moon-Frye Celebrates 23 Pound Weight Loss with Nutrisystem

Known best as the 80’s child star of Punky Brewster, Soleil Moon-Frye is back in the spotlight after losing 23 pounds. She credits Nutrisystem’s Fast 5 and My Way, a program she is emphatic about.

“It has just been amazing,” Frye gushed to this week. She went on to discuss how after having her third child, her baby weight was “just not coming off and I had to figure out a way to lose it!” Through a friend who had been using the program, Frye learned about Nutrisystem and hopped online to sign up.

“In the first week, I dropped five pounds and thought, ‘I can do this.'” The ease combined with the health benefits of the program kept Frye on track. Though she explains that some weeks she lost a pound or two, and other weeks it was a bit more, the fact that it was done in a healthy way was important. “I am able to eat all the things I love, and I am able to enjoy the things I eat,” Frye explained.  (more…)

Duchess Kate Pregnant with Another Royal Case of Morning Sickness

The Duchess of Cambridge is pregnant again! According to the official announcement, Kate is being treated once again for hyperemesis gravidarum, or extreme clinical morning sickness. She suffered from this same condition during her pregnancy with Prince George and is currently under the care of doctors at Kensington Palace.

Hyperemesis Gravidarum is morning sickness, but so much worse than what most women experience. The nausea and vomiting can be so severe that the woman begins to lose weight. This is very worrying and dangerous as pregnant women are expected to be gaining weight during pregnancy, according to the Washington Post. There is possible risk of dehydration in addition to psychological or social problems, making it difficult for her to complete activities of daily life.

Regular morning sickness is usual–if not expected– while hyperemesis gravidarum is much more rare, though not unheard of. Doctors don’t quite know what causes the exacerbation of normal morning sickness symptoms.

3 Most Important Hormones for a Woman’s Good Health

It’s a popular punchline in movies and TV sitcoms when a woman is acting irrational — “It’s her hormones.” As it turns out, there’s more than a kernel of truth in this stereotype. While wonky hormone levels can’t be blamed for every strange thing a woman says or does, they can be the culprit in a variety of areas. Shape Magazine’s talking about the 20 most important hormones for our health (yes, 20!). We’re looking at the ones most key for women.

3 Important Hormones for Women’s General Health

This household-name hormone is produced in the ovaries and helps control sexual development (puberty, menstrual cycle, pregnancy) and also maintain bone strength. When levels are too high, it can cause increased risk of breast cancer, dementia and even uterine cancer.

As the uterus prepares for fertilization, these levels rise after ovulation, maintaining the uterine lining in preparation for implantation and throughout gestation. If pregnancy doesn’t occur, levels drop, causing menstruation to start. (more…)

Is Kim Kardashian’s Rapid Weight Loss Preparing Her for Another Baby?

By Cat Poland

Oh, Kim Kardashian. That curvy, raven-haired reality TV star we can’t seem to get enough of. Especially the curves. Did we mention those?

While Kim may have been known for her shapely figure before giving birth to baby North last year, her post-baby body has drawn even more attention. After gaining 50 pounds during her pregnancy, she was able to shed the weight in merely six months and strutted her stuff in an itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny white bikini on the cover of US Weekly to celebrate.

She then reportedly lost another 20 pounds in advance of her Paris nuptials to Kanye West. With rumors flying of whether or not baby #2 will soon be on the way (and whether or not Kanye’s on board), we’re wondering if her weight loss successes affect her decision to get another bun in the oven as quickly as possible.

While she’s squashed recent binge eating rumors, we don’t exactly know what this famous yo-yo dieter is up to now. But if history repeats itself, we do know some of the ways she’s managed to not only keep, but improve her enviable figure in the past. (more…)

The Best Workouts For Moms: Options for Every Type of Exerciser

Mother’s Day has come and gone, but I’m of the opinion that we should always celebrate moms. After all, mothers work harder than most of us—changing diapers, packing lunches, checking homework, and doing whatever else needs doing. And sometimes, if they’re lucky, moms make time to work out, giving themselves that same sort of TLC they traditionally dole out on others. What are the best ways for moms to get in shape? I’m glad you asked!

Dawn Bonavita Lost 93 Pounds After Painful Struggle with Fertility

Dawn Bonavita collage

This Sunday, when Dawn Bonavita celebrates Mother’s Day, she will likely open homemade cards made by sticky hands and hug each child as they bound in to tell her good morning. In the decade and a half it took to have her three daughters, Dawn struggled with infertility, pregnancy loss, and weight that fluctuated wildly due to stress and bouts of depression.

After losing 93 pounds, Dawn feels blessed that she’s now the mom who can play with her kids without feeling winded, lift up her two year old with ease, and be an example of healthy living.

Just say no to cookies – This was the humiliating advice given to Dawn by a pediatrician when she was just a young girl. Heavy most of her childhood, Dawn became very active in high school and sprouted to five foot ten, which kept her trim for a few years but soon, the process of starting a family would take its toll on her waistline once again.

“My late twenties and all of my thirties were consumed with fertility issues,” Dawn explained. “We used fertility treatments to get pregnant with our first child and it worked within three months.” Unfortunately, Dawn’s second pregnancy would not be as easy. During the four years it took to conceive her second child, Dawn endured four rounds of IVF treatments and lost five pregnancies.

New Mom Ivanka Trump Shares Her Secrets to Dropping the Baby Weight

This month Ivanka Trump graces the cover of the Shape magazine, showing off her slim and strong post-baby body. Trump has lost about thirty pounds since having her second baby, which is a photo-worthy accomplishment. (The Shape cover was taken just a few months after Trump’s baby was born.) So how did she do it?

Trump discussed a few of her key moves, including how she fits workouts into her busy life as a mother, with the magazine: “I’ll take the stairs instead of the elevator, or when I’m on a phone call I’ll do squats or pace the room when I’m talking,” she saidd. Trump also said that she eats a lot healthier since becoming a mother, focusing on lean proteins instead of pasta and pizza.

But Trump isn’t the only celebrity mom to recently revel in her new post-baby body. Several stars are talking about losing the baby weight. Here are two more of our favorite moms who have recently made headlines: (more…)

Alicia Silverstone’s Clueless, Anecdotal Pregnancy Advice Leaves us Saying ‘As If!’

The Kind Mama - alicia silverstoneAlicia Silverstone is known for many things, like being an actress, star of Aerosmith videos, vegan, and champion for the environment. She is not, however, a licensed physician or even a wise shaman, though in her new book, The Kind Mama, she’s giving advice that has our experts seeing red and shouting, “As if!”

A few eyebrow-raising comments from the book include, “Bananas are a naughty food for a baby,” “Dairy leaves toxic sludge in your baby house (uterus),” “The diaper industry is fueled by corporate-backed pseudoscience,” and also, pretty much everything she talks about in the book is “yummy.”

We’ve been HERE before

This is not the first time the Clueless star has been in the news for her nontraditional parenting style. Wait, I didn’t mean to call her clueless, I meant she was in the 90s cult classic movie, Clueless. Actually, come to think of it, either way that sentence works. Anyway, there was that time she chewed up her toddler’s food and fed him from her own mouth, baby bird style. Then, she admitted to eating her own placenta after his birth. She didn’t just reach down, grab it and munch on it. It was in pill form, so it’s totally not weird.

Did she really just go there about infertility? Yep, she did.

I believe Alicia had good intentions when she wrote this book, but she has to know that some of her claims will be challenged. It’s widely known that our managing editor, Brandi Koskie, had infertility issues before giving birth to her daughter, so when she read Alicia’s one-size-fits-all fertility rule about simply “cleaning up your baby house,” “having lots of yummy sex,” and avoiding fertility drugs, she had a swift response:

“Doesn’t that just sound delightful and peachy keen? Well, I’m here to tell you that Alicia is delusional. (more…)

Looking to Shed Post-Baby Pounds on a Juice Cleanse? Think Again.

baby juice

New moms everywhere are following the recent trend of celebs like Fergie and Jessica Simpson who have shed post-baby weight by juice cleansing. Women inside and outside of Hollywood to lose weight are under pressure every day but are under special scrutiny to rush back to their pre-baby body. But is this dramatic weight loss safe for mamas and their new babies?

Today Shape Magazine posted about the popularity and potential harms of postpartum juice cleanses. Juice companies now market this new fad and have created specialized cleanse programs for these women. The verdict?

“No!” says Registered Dietitian Mary Hartley. “Don’t even attempt to diet until the baby is at least 8 weeks old.” New moms who breastfeed need at least 1600-1800 calories per day to get the nutrients both baby and mom need. Juice cleanses typically only provide about 1200 calories, and nursing moms need at least an extra 500 calories for breastfeeding alone according to the American Academy of Pediatrics. “After 8 weeks, to make sure the baby is growing well and mom is not excessively hungry, mom shouldn’t attempt to lose more than one pound a week,” cautions Hartley. Juice cleanses would shed pounds much too rapidly for any adult to sustain, let alone a nursing mother and her newborn. (more…)
