Week 8 Courtney's Summer Challenge
Lace up your walking shoes and hit the pavement this week!
This week Courtney's urging you to push yourself with a physical challenge. And while the number might sound daunting, it's totally attainable. Just walk 10 miles this week. That's about 1.5 miles each day, or two miles for five days. You could even break it up with a walk in the morning and one and night. However you get it done is up to you, and the benefit is all yours, too!
If you meet this goal, you'll also tack on 10 more miles to your 100 Miles in August challenge!
