Ultra Slide Review

Madison and David of Fit Test Dummies are at the 2011 IHRSA Convention, where new workout products get introduced to the public. In this video, they review the Ultra Slide, a slide board that's like a mini skating rink that fits in your home or gym. Not only great for athletes who do ice sports, the Ultra Slide can be use to strengthen the muscles needed for nearly any sport, or just to get a full body workout.

Madison and David also talk to Barry Slotnick, the creator of the UltraSlide and demonstrate a range of exercises that can be done on this device. Plus, the Ultra Slide is sustainably made from recycled materials.
