Madison and David from Fit Test Dummies are testing out all the great new workout products at the 2011 IHRSA Convention. In this video, they demo the Total Gym Power Tower. You may be familiar with the Total Gym machine that was designed to be compact enough to fit under your bed. This piece of equipment is a little bigger, but allows you to work out in a variety of ways. Not only can you use it to build strength, but you can also get a cardio workout on this machine as well.
