posted Dec 27th, 2008 1:55 pmI thank you for doing this show, we sometimes don't remeber others are human and we judge without knowing what's going on. Your show has help me to remeber that there is a reason for everything and never judge cause it could be me. You have inspired me to lose weight. If you can lose a significant amount of weight than i have no excuse why I can't lose 25-40 Lbs.
Thank you again.
Heather
Great show. Hard to watch at times as I struggle with the same guilt as Ruby. Nice to see that hard work and dedication actually pays off.

I LOVE the show, but I hate the diet she's on. Pre-packaged meals are not the way to go! An adventorous vegan diet is the best and it's much more delicious than those yucky meals she is consuming. I've been a vegan for quite awhile and I can tell you that the Atkins diet is evil! Read The China Study for more info.

I watched tonight for the first time and just cried. I have been there. Ruby is on the wrong "diet". I have been on Atkins for 10 yrs and have lost all sugar cravings. I wanted to jump thru the TV and tell her. She does not have to suffer!
