Ron Morelli on Life Since the Biggest Loser

The Morelli family share their story in "Fat Family, Fit Family."

Biggest Loser finalist Ron Morelli talks about his life after being on the show. He talks about some of the challenges, like the fact that building up muscle, you can actually cause weight gain. Ron is staying at The Biggest Loser resort for the first time, although his son, Max, has stayed several times. Ron describes going to the ranch as a "refresher course." Going to the ranch is a great way to unplug and recharge, and enjoy a lot of physical activity.

The Morelli family has banded together to lose weight, a story which they have chosen to share in a book, Fat Family, Fit Family.
