ReVamp from Brett Hoebel Part 2

The transformation continues as these participants in the ReVamp program start the first phase of workouts. In this phase, the participants follow four different workouts per week, including strength training, interval cardio plus abs, interval cardio plus legs, and cardio kickboxing and capoeira. Phase one is four weeks, and then the participants move on to harder workouts for the last four weeks of the program. Here about the results of the participants.
