ReVamp is a total-health and lifestyle program from Hoebel Fitness. The following 20 participants went through 8-weeks of ReVamp. This program combines personal training, nutritional counseling and group classes featuring kick-boxing techniques. Hear what these people have to say about their experiences, and watch their progress in this four-part series. Measurements are also an important part of ReVamp, to keep participants accountable.
